Tim McGraw Is Releasing A Health And Fitness Book Called “Grit and Grace”

Tim McGraw’s multi-talented.  He can sing..He’s a movie star and now he’s about to become an author. Tim has written a book on fitness and lifestyle book  called “Grit and Grace: Train the Body, Train the Mind, Own Your Life.”   Even in his 50’s, Tim’s remained one of the most physically fit singers in all of music.

He tells “People” magazine that his life got better when he got healthy. “My mind is clearer, my sense of purpose is sharper, and my relationships are deeper. Consistent physical exercise helps me bring focus to my life and to the people who mean the most to me.”

The book comes out on November 5th.
