All cats and dogs that are either spayed or neutered, over 6 years old or dogs over 30 pounds are FREE to adopt this week and next week. All adoptions include vaccinations and micro-chipping. The two main adoption centers are located at 1818 N. Westmoreland Road and the PetSmart Everyday Adoption Center at 16821 N. Coit Road. More Story: HERE
