North Texas Municipal Water District said the spill is contained to a one mile stretch of the creek and has not traveled past Frankford Road. What happened?? Construction worker(s) in Plano working torn into a hole of wastewater pipes, and it began spewing down, and warning went out for White Rock Lake that 1 MILLION gallons of raw sewage was on it’s way….. he pipeline has been repaired.
