What Makes The Indy Car Race At Texas Motor Speedway Special?

Saturday Night June 8th the NTT Data Indy Car Series returns to Texas Motor Speedway for the DXC Technology 600.  I talk to NASCAR Fans all the time who’ve never checked out the Indy Race at TMS.  I’ve gotta admit in a lot of ways I was like that until I saw my first Indy Car race in person and then I was hooked.   So what makes the DXC Technology 600 so special?

For starters, it’s “America’s Original Nighttime Indy Car Race” and seeing it under the lights at Texas Motor Speedway is really cool.  Another thing is the speed….These Indy cars hit speeds of 220 miles per hour…which makes them a lot faster than a NASCAR race.

Also, now’s a great time to jump on the Indy Car bandwagon because this Sunday is the Indianapolis 500–the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.  Those same drivers who race this Sunday will be here on June 8th.

Here are more details on the DXC Technology 600 Race Weekend:
