Carrie Underwood will release a fitness book called “Find Your Path” on Tuesday March 3rd.  In the upcoming book she shares secrets for fitting diet and exercise into a busy routine.

Carrie says “Hopefully people can get some ideas and implement it into their lives.It’s all about trying to be your best and juggle, right? ”
