The Billboard Music Awards are tonight at 7:00 on NBC. Kelly Clarkson will host!!! Kane Brown and Luke Combs will perform and Garth Brooks will be awarded with the Billboard Icon Award!! Garth will perform a medley of songs from his 30 years of hits, too!!! Garth also addressed the rumors that his rock alter ego Chris Gaines might be making a return.
