Man walks into Waffle House in West Columbia, South Carolina didn’t see anyone working and decided to cook his own meal. Alex Bowen posted selfie pics on his cooking on his personal Facebook and the story went viral. After standing at the register for 10 minutes, he began cooking, then noticed one employee sitting at a table asleep.

“That’s when I got hot on the grill with a Texas bacon cheesesteak melt,” said Bowen. “[The employee] didn’t wake up the entire time. And no one came inside the restaurant,” said Bowen.
Waffle House said in a statement it was impressed with Bowen’s cooking skills but customers should never go behind the counter for safety reasons. MORE STORY: HERE
