Arby’s Restaurant Group announced Tuesday a deal is done to acquire Buffalo Wild Wings for $2.4 billion in cash. Buffalo Wild Wings has 1250 locations while Arby’s has over 3300 locations. Buffalo Wild Wings has taken a hit in profit since the cost of chicken wings have sharply increased but tried to re-gain with promotion such as ‘half-priced’ specials.
The news has already benefited Buffalo Wild Wings, as their stock jumped 6.4% to $155.80 in morning trading. READ MORE: HERE
