The closure will begin Saturday 9 p.m. — crews will take out the Eighth Street overpass. NORTH & SOUTH BOUND traffic will be diverted from the freeway. All traffic must take detours at Colorado Boulevard or Tenth Street. This is part of the Southern Gateway project.
