Tickets were suppose to start selling on Sept 9th but due to Hurricane Harvey and recovery efforts, the Rodeo President decided to delay the sale. Garth Brooks will open and close the Houston Rodeo Livestock & Rodeo which begins Feb 28th and close on Mar. 18th. MORE: HERE
Tickets will go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1 (online waiting room opens at 9:30 a.m.). In efforts to prevent scalpers there are some rules in place such as: maximum of four tickets, for one performance only, will be allowed per account — and will only be sold online at rodeohouston.com
