Deep Ellum will build a 7 Story complex that will include 230 apartments along with 10,000 square fee of retail space. Construction will start in a few weeks in Dallas’ popular Deep Ellum district at Canton Street and Malcolm X Boulevard just east of downtown.
“Canton Street carries a lot of traffic,” said Michael Blackwell, Crescent Communities’ Texas managing director. “Our idea is to put a food and beverage outlet on the corner.
This complex will also have a rooftop swimming pool with a lounge area with views of nearby downtown and Deep Ellum neighborhood. The first apartments will start opening in mid-2019. READ MORE: HERE
