Guy Fieri was in Dallas during the State Fair of Texas to host kid’s cook-off and filmed his visit at 5 area restaurants. On FRIDAY March 9th you can check out Crush Craft Thai Street Eats. The show will air at 7pm Central time on the Food Network.
The CrushCraft team cooked three dishes for Fieri and his film crew: phat ke mow (drunken noodles with chicken, basil, bell peppers, onions tomatoes and chiles); kheo wan (green coconut curry with chicken and jasmine rice); and green papaya salad.
