According to America’s Best Customer Service 2019 report by Newsweek, Chick-fil-A has been rated best fast food customer service in America.  BIG SURPRISE:  No.2 rated went to Sonic Drive-In and No.3 was Arby’s

The survey was taken from 130,000 customer reviews / evaluations. The report rated factors: customer focus, quality communication, accessibility, and technical competence.  MORE STORY: HERE
