WFAA-TV is reporting that Brenda Delgado has been arrested in Mexico in the murder of Dr. Kendra Hatcher. Just days ago, the FBI placed Delgado on the Ten Most wanted list and offered a $100,000 reward. Reports indicate that she will be extradited back to Dallas. The FBI and Mexican officials will be making a joint statement soon.
