He was okay to play for Cowboys season opener on Sunday Night, then abide by the six-game suspension by the NFL issued on the alleged domestic violence incidents to his ex-girlfriend. Elliott then sued NFL, he asked the Eastern District Court of Texas to overturn the ruling, claiming a “league-orchestrated conspiracy by senior NFL executives”. Then Friday – Game Changer — United States District Judge Amos Mazzant III made decision that Ezekiel did not receive a fair hearing = temporary restraining order blocking the suspension, all of that means is Elliott’s 6 game suspension is blocked.
