Fort Worth Animal Shelter committee has suggested putting a animal ordinance into affect, which includes dog owners to pick up after their pet.  If approved, Fort Worth will have a “pooper scooper” law.  That will mean if your dog poops anywhere, the owner is responsible to pick up and clean up, if not. the dog owner will face a penalty which might be light penalty such as; attending a pet education class to paying up to a $500 fine.   More Story:  HERE
