Over the weekend, Jelly Roll’s wife, Bunnie XO, posted a TikTok video to address comments suggesting the country singer only became attractive after losing nearly 200 pounds. While displaying typical comments she’s been receiving about Jelly, including, “Girl, your man is so hot now that he lost all that weight,” Bunnie responded sharply: “Is he? ’Cause he’s always had the same face. He’s always had the same heart. He’s always had the same soul.” Bunnie went on to add, “The most appropriate thing to say is that he looks so much healthier now. We’ve gotta stop living in a ‘Shallow Hal’ world, guys, because you might miss out on the best love of your life by judging somebody by their weight.” Jelly Roll began his health journey in late 2022, and aims to lose another 100 pounds.
