Due to ongoing health issues, Dolly Parton will miss the Governors Awards ceremony in November, where she was to receive the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Parton recently revealed that she will need to have “a few procedures” done, which have also forced her to postpone her December Las Vegas residency concerts until September 2026.
